When ordering a product on our website, you can add a greeting card to your order.

At the moment, our Chocolissimo products can only be bought online in our online store.

The minimum shelf life of a Chocotelegram is 6 months. If the Chocotelegram includes a decorative cube with a print (a coloured cube), the shelf life of the telegram is 3 months.

Purchases in our store can be paid for in several ways:

• by bank transfer to our account (you will receive the account number in the email confirming your order)
• by instant bank transfer via PayU
• by credit card via PayU
• via PayPal
• cash on delivery: you pay the courier when you receive the parcel (this payment method is temporarily unavailable)

For retail orders, it is not possible to order a product in a shape, packaging or flavour other than those presented on Chocolissimo.cz. For corporate orders, please contact us at b2b@chocolissimo.cz.

Every order ready for shipping is checked and carefully packed. The product is protected with bubble wrap and paper filling. It is placed in a cardboard box with the Chocolissimo or Chocotelegram logo, sealed with tape bearing the store's logo.

While filling in your order, you can choose a preferred delivery date (working days only). The delivery date you choose is not guaranteed; in accordance with the store's terms and conditions, we guarantee delivery within 2-3 working days of placing the order (depending on the payment method). Delivery on the preferred date is 97% certain.
